1. The Service
Tokyo Golf (the "Service") is a golf game played on courses built from real Tokyo city data, provided free of charge by YsLabs (the "Operator").
2. Acceptance
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
3. Accounts and nicknames
Signing in is optional; without it, scores and points are not recorded. Nicknames are visible to other users — impersonation and offensive names are not allowed. The Operator may change or remove inappropriate nicknames or records without notice.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Tampering with scores or records, automated play or submissions
- Disrupting the Service or placing excessive load on its servers
- Harassing other users or infringing third-party rights
- Any other conduct that is unlawful or against public order
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or persistence of records. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. The Service may be changed, suspended or terminated without notice.
6. Intellectual property and data sources
The program and design belong to the Operator. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); street photos by Mapillary contributors (CC BY-SA 4.0). Building and facility names shown are map-data labels and imply no affiliation with their owners.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; changes take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
