1. Introduction

Tokyo Golf (the "Service") is operated by YsLabs (the "Operator"). This policy describes how user information is handled in the Service.

2. Information we collect

If you do not sign in, no personal information is collected (settings such as volume are stored only on your device).

If you sign in with Google, we store the account identifier, display name and e-mail address provided by Google, the nickname you register, and your play records (course, date, strokes, points). Nicknames and play records are shown to other users on rankings.

3. Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising cookies are used.

4. Third-party services

Google is used for authentication and Cloudflare for hosting and data storage; each is governed by its own privacy policy. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and street photos from Mapillary; these public datasets are unrelated to your personal information.

5. Deleting your data

To delete your account information and play records, contact us below. You can change your nickname in the Service at any time.

This policy may be updated; changes take effect when posted on this page.
